Ingredients1 kg tripe 1 kg intestines salt pepper |
DirectionsClean the tripe and the intestines thoroughly and rinse under cold running water. Place them in a saucepan and cover with salted water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for three hours or until very soft. Add pepper to taste before serving. |
